At process header level, the following logistical follow-up statuses are possible:

• With Errors

  At least one item contains errors.

• Open   

  At least one item is logistically open.

• Complete       

  All logistical processes for all returns items are complete.

At process item level, the following logistical follow-up statuses are possible:

• With Errors

  At least one step of a returns sequence for this item contains errors

• Open

  At least one returns sequence for this item is logistically open.

• Complete

  All returns sequences for this returns item are complete.
