Documentation
Definition
Indicates that the system automatically posts a goods movement from the returns stock to the repair order stock for the repair order that it created when you specified In-House Repair or External Repair as the logistical follow-up activity for a delivery item or an inspection split item in the Material Inspection in Warehouse transaction within Advanced Returns Management.
Use
Dependencies
In the Customizing activity Specify Storage Locations for Follow-Up Activities you can specify a storage location for the transfer to the in-house repair order stock.
In contrast, the storage location in the goods movement posting to the stock of the external repair order remains unchanged unless you also specify that the goods movement is posted to the external repair order stock at the subcontracting vendor. In this case you can specify a storage location for the external repair order stock at the subcontracting vendor in the Customizing activity mentioned above.
