Necessary facilities
The search for a free or busy room can be limited when the amount of necessary room equipment is specified. Only those rooms which have at least the specified room equipment are then displayed for selection by the program. Consequently, you can search specifically for rooms with minimum configuration.

When creating new data on Room Reservations Planning, the date must be specified, from when the new available object stands. The system then creates the new object from this date to 31.12.9999. If the object becomes invalid at a later date, the validity can be limited or it can be deleted completely with the function Delete.

Use
Deletion of Room Reservations Planning objects can be made in two ways. On the one hand, an object can be deleted completely from the database, for example, because it was only created for testing purposes or incorrectly. The second possibility is to limit the validity period of an object, for example, if a room is no longer available because of reconstructions as of a certain date. In the first case the Delete field must be marked on the screen, in the second case, the last validity day must be entered.
When deleting Room Reservations Planning data, the object which is to be deleted must be specified. It is possible to enter the first letters of the object text via RP-Plan matchcodes so that the system displays all objects for selection whose designation starts with these letters. Key you use to specify what happens if
- The operation sequence is not adhered to during confirmation.
For example, you want to confirm operation 20 before operation 10 has been confirmed.
- You want to confirm a greater quantity than was confirmed for the previous operation.
Here, the system checks the quantity to be confirmed (yield + reworked quantity + scrap) against the confirmed yield + rework quantity from the previous operation.
You can choose between the following:
- information message
- error message
- termination message
- message on the following screen
Dependencies
A milestone confirmation cannot be confirmed until the previous milestone operation has at least been "partially confirmed".
