Documentation
Definition
Internal,language-independent, measurement unit format.
Use
This format is used for internal processing.
Procedure
Examples
Dependencies
All programs and tables use this representation internally. You should therefore not delete internal measurement units without first checking the application data.
The internal format is automatically replaced by the external commercial (three-character) or technical (six-character) format, before output to the screen.
As the internal representation of the unit of measure is linked with a dimension, you must be careful when attempting to assign the unit to another dimension. Delete the dimension first, then assign the unit to another dimension.
