Definition

This parameter defines how the personal calendar is to be generated.

The field PKGAB in the Payroll Status (0003) infotype is also used in this connection. This field contains the date as of which the personal calendar is to be generated.

The report detects gaps (between the PKGAB and the period for which the calendar is to be generated) and automatically fills these.

Check:

• 'D' Display only
  The personal calendar is generated but the
  database is not updated.
  
• 'U' Update
  The personal calendar is generated and the
  database is updated, but only for the period
  defined by the date in PKGAB.
  
• 'F' Force update
  After the personal calendar has been generated, the
  database is always updated even if the data
  selection period does not correspond to the
  date in PKGAB.
