Description

Update mode D/R/U.

Defines how transactions in table BW of cluster BV are processed in the selection period.

  • D = All transactions in the selection period are deleted.
  • R = Transactions of the same type in the selection period
    are deleted.
  • U = Transactions of the same type and with the same reference
    date are deleted.

The new values are transferred.

Dependencies

You should normally run the report in the 'U' mode

In case of repeat runs, enter 'R' or 'D'.

CAUTION: if you use 'D', you must rerun all update programs for this period.

When you print out individual transactions, those with the status 'D' / 'R' are displayed as '-'.

This program creates batch input sessions.

Permissible entries are:

  • 'T'= Test The screens are displayed in the report listing.
    Batch input sessions are not created.
  • 'B'= BTCI Batch input sessions are created and stored
    in the BTCI.
    The indicator for recurring work is reset.
  • 'S'= SAPV01 Batch input sessions are created and stored
    in the SAPV01.
    The indicator for recurring work is reset.
  • 'X'= else No session is created and screens are not displayed.
    The output contains only error or success messages.

Active/interactive mode

  • Entry = 'I' : interactive.

In the interactive operation, the required information is
requested by selecting a line item in menus, and is supplied.
This operation mode is intended for active work, for example,
during the system modification or during problem clearing.

  • Entry = 'A' : automatic.
    In automatic operation, the following are output one after
    the other:
    . the catalog of the provided control features
    . for each control feature, the list of the wage types
    affected by it.
    This operation mode is intended above all for the creation
    of printed documentation.

  • Entry = 'I' : interactive.

In the interactive mode, only the transactions defined in
table T588A and the menus are available. The infotypes
in the menu and the sequences of action infotypes can be
displayed by selecting a line item.
This mode of operation is used for active processing such
system customizing.

  • Entry = 'A' : automatic
    In the automatic mode, the following is displayed in the
    given order:
    . the transactions defined in table T588A
    . for menu-driven transactions, the infotypes used
    . for system-guided transactions (actions), the
    processing sequence of infotypes
    This mode of operation is used to generate printed
    documentation.

Use

Sort according to for-period

Procedure

The output of the payroll results can be changed by means of this parameter.

Possible entries:

  • ' ' (Space) No sorting
    The payroll results are listed in the same order as on the database.
  • 'A' Sorted in ascending order according to for-period.
    The latest payroll results are listed at the end.
  • 'D' Sorted in descending order according to for-period.
    The latest payroll results are listed at the start.

Caution: If you choose sorting method A or D, cluster CD is also evaluated. If you only want to display cluster RD, you should not choose a sorting method, i.e. set this parameter to SPACE.

Use

The parameter 'Log level' enables you to determine the detail of the information displayed. Log level 1 gives rise to one line per loan, log level 2 provides additional information on how totals were achieved for payments and repayments. Periods are marked with an '*' if they come before the evaluation period, ie. only differences were used to form their totals.
