Documentation
Definition
Grouping in the function Multiple Checks in One Cycle, to be able to decide whether a wage type is taken into account in a supplemental run, depending on the employee's organizational assignment.
Use
You can decide whether certain wage types, for example, deductions, should be taken into account in a supplemental run.
The wage type must be assigned to a wage type group, which has an entry in table T52MCGR (Assignment of Grouping for Supplemental Check Reason). You can make these entries in the IMG for Payroll under Payroll USA -> Multiple Checks in One Cycle -> Edit Wage Type Groups.
In addition, the employee's organizational assignment is also taken into account. Depending on this assignment, the feature XMCGR supplies the employee grouping for multiple checks as the return value. In this way you can, for example, take into account whether each employee is active in the relevant period.
