Definition
Grouping in the function Multiple Checks in One Cycle, to be able to enter standard settings for specific wage types depending on the employee's organizational assignment.
Use
You can define default values for specific wage types, which should be taken into account during a supplemental run. The wage type must have an entry in table T52MCD (Multiple Checks - Defaults). You can set up these entries in the IMG for Payroll under Payroll USA -> Multiple Checks in One Cycle -> Enter Default Values for Multiple Checks.
These standard settings for each wage type depend on the organizational assignment of the employee. In accordance with this assignment, the feature XMCDF supplies the employee grouping for multiple check defaults as the return value. In this way, you can, for example, take into account whether the respective employee is active at the time of the start date of the infotype record.
