Processing status of purchasing document in external release.
Use
You can send purchasing documents to an external system (for example, SAP SRM) for release.
SAP ERP displays the processing status in the external system:
- 0 = Cancellation of external release request sent (for example, by selecting purchasing document for deletion), confirmation from external system received
- 1 = External release request sent, confirmation from external system missing
- 2 = External release request sent, confirmation from external system received
- = Purchasing document not relevant for external release
