Use
You can send purchasing documents to an external system (for example, SAP SRM) for release.
SAP ERP saves the sending time of the last external release request. The external system confirms the receipt of release requests with the time of sending. SAP ERP processes these confirmations only if the confirmation has the same time as the external release request. The ensures that the processing status is synchronized in SAP ERP and the external system.
