Use
If you have activated foreign trade declarations, when you post a document that is relevant (classification via event), an entry is created in the report file. This entry is thereby activated and can be reported according to the proposed report date.
Under certain conditions, this classification can lead to too few documents to be reported, or too many documents being recognized as relevant.
You can therefore process the report file manually. You can add new entries or deactivate existing entries.
If the document to be reported was reversed, you can no longer activate it.
