Definition
Minimum business event capacity is the minimum number of people for whom it is worth holding the event.
Calculation of the Value:
The minimum capacity can be stored directly for the business event, the business event type, the room, or the resource type 'Room'. In order to determine the minimum capacity of a business event in transactions, the system reads the individual values stored for the above-mentioned object types and calculates the minimum. If no values are found for the minimum capacity, the minimum capacity is set at 0.
If the value determined in this way exceeds the optimum capacity (see domain OPTKAP) of the business event, then minimum capacity is set at the value stored for optimum business event capacity.
Effects on Booking/Firmly booking:
When the status of a business event is changed from 'planned' to 'firmly booked' (using report RHFIXK00), if the number of bookings received for the event is less than the minimum capacity prescribed, the system proposes that you cancel the business event.
