Definition
Specifies the percentage of the minimum lot size quantity that is used as the material shortage threshold.
Use
The entry you make here influences when the system displays a material shortage.
Dependencies
You have to enter a value in this field, if you have chosen the threshold type Avail.Qty Below Percentage of Minimum Lot Size for your material shortage definition.
Example
The system determines a minimum lot size of 30 pc for a material. (The minimum lot size is the maximum value of the rounding value, fixed lot size, and the minimum lot size.)
You enter 50 in the Min.Lot Size Pctge field.
In this case, the system displays a material shortage for a material when the available quantity is negative and falls below the percentage of the minimum lot size quantity. That is -15 pc.
