Definition
During cash concentration, this minimum balance is written to the account as the concentration proposal is being generated, provided the account balance is less than the planned balance. If the balance is more than the planned balance, the excess amount is cleared.
However, if the amount to be transferred is less than the payment advice minimum balances for the two accounts involved, no transfer takes place.
If a planned balance has been specified for the target account in the concentration run, the system ignores it.
