Definition
You can define a payment advice minimum amount for each account, including accounts used as interim or target accounts in cash concentration.
When the clearing proposal is being prepared, the potential transfers are reconciled with the payment advice minimum amounts. The system reads the minimum amounts for the two accounts involved in each transfer and compares the larger amount with the transfer. If the transfer is too small, it is rejected.
This logic also applies if you use the "Correction" function in cash concentration to change manually the planned balances defined in customizing.
If you use the "Edit Payment Advices" function in cash concentration to proceed to the subsequent screen, only the transfers with high enough amounts are displayed. If you make changes in this screen - for example, by changing amounts or adding new lines - , the system makes no further checks against the payment advice minimum amounts. The transfers are made in full when you save.
If, when defining the grouping, you stipulate that an account should be summarized to a summarization account, the minimum amount in the summarization account is relevant; the system ignores the minimium amount in the account.
If you define payment advice minimum amounts for the interim accounts and the target account, it may happen that transfers take place from accounts to the relevant interim, but the subsquent transfer from the interim account to the target account does not happen, because the transfer is less than the minimum amounts in both these accounts.
