Definition
Controls the maximum number of images in series to be displayed during generic creation of the URL.
Use
When creating the URL for image series, the system uses an index, which starts at 00 and increases continuously, to create the corresponding file name that the system uses to search for the required image file on the server path. The system terminates the search, or the index counter, when it reaches the maximum value. In other words, the last image file has an index with a maximum value of -1.
If the system does not find an image file for an index, it continues its search using the next index. In this case, the maximum number of images that can be displayed decreases by the number of unfound image files. In other words, the system does not continue the search for image files until it reaches the maximum value specified.
Dependencies
If you select the option "Read from Table" in URL determination, the parameter has no influence on the result. The system reads all URLs saved for the object (for example, material) and displays the images. You only use the setting for performance reasons to limit the search access.
