Definition

During period-end verification, you change the verification status of a valuation result.

Use

For the selection of valuation results, you can choose one of the verification status values as selection criteria.

A valuation result result that you have not selected in simulation mode can have one of the following status values:

  • Not Started: Initial status of a valuation result that has been calculated. If the valuation result has not been calculated correctly, you cannot set it to Postable.
  • Blocked: The valuation result is not correct at the moment but can be corrected. For example, the most current commodity curve is not available.
  • Postable: The valuation result is correct and can be transferred to an accrual document.
  • Non-Postable: The valuation result is not correct and cannot be corrected soon. You might have to post this valuation result manually.

A valuation result that you have selected in simulation mode can have one of the following status values:

  • Blocked: The valuation result is not correct at the moment but can be corrected. For example, the most current commodity curve is not available.

Dependencies

The verification status of the valuation result determines if a valuation result can be transferred to an accrual document.
