Definition
Determines the procedure for archiving.
Use
One-step procedure:
In this procedure, a closed item is archived and the deletion indicator set for it immediately.
Two-step procedure:
In this procedure, the deletion indicator is set for closed items in one run of the archiving program. In a second run, the items with deletion indicators are archived.
Procedure
Set the indicator if you wish to archive documents using the one-step procedure.
Do not set the indicator if you wish to carry out your archiving using the two-step procedure.
