Customer characteristics
Use
You can make any entry for customer characteristics. You should then adjust the data elements. You can do so in Project management for SAP enhancements.
The following SAP enhancements are available to you for setting characteristics at different order levels:
- JHPA0001: Set status characteristics for an item
- JHGA0002: Set status characteristics for a billing dataset
- JHGA0007: Sales agent assignment, set status characteristics
- JHGA0008: Set status characteristics for sales agent assignment
- JHEA0001: Set status characteristics for several schedule lines
- JHTD0001: Set status characteristics for an ad spec
- JHTD0009: Set status characteristics for an ad spec (commercial)
