Definition
Logical group of mobile devices defined in the SAP MI Server Component to simplify management of data distribution to deployed mobile devices.
Procedure
The mobile group is used to manage data distribution for mobile applications on mobile devices. There is no fixed grouping for the different mobile devices (mobile ID), and you can define groups as needed. You can define filter conditions for the data and default values for SyncBO execution for the entire SyncBO, mobile group or mobile ID.

Dependencies
Mobile devices that are registered using the automatic deployment process are initially not assigned to any mobile group. However, maintaining values for the mobile ID profile record requires that the mobile group is maintained. In this case, you can create a dummy mobile group and assign it to the mobile ID.
