If you want to delete the account assignment category in all purchase order items, proceed as follows:
Select column A (account assignment category) and choose fast change.
In the fast change window, do not enter a new value in the AAC field. Specify for this field that the "empty" field content is to be adopted.

Result

All data in column A is deleted.
