Definition
You use this indicator to define whether the MRP type is taken into consideration when determining the receiving plants. The following values are possible:
- Do not check the MRP type
- Check the MRP type
A receiving plant only counts as a receiving plant if an MRP type that is relevant for automatic requirements planning is set for the material and the plant . This is the case if an MRP procedure other than "No Requirements Planning" (N) is set in Customizing for the MRP type. Different checks for the MRP type are possible using a customer exit.
As the MRP type check can be very runtime-intensive, you should only activate it if it is really relevant for determining the delivery relationship.
