Definition
This indicator controls which units of measure (Un) are excluded from a unit of measure group.
If the indicator is set to 'X', the unit of measure is excluded, i.e. the group does not contain the unit.
If the flag is not set (= ' '), the unit of measure is included in the unit of measure group.
A unit of measure group can be defined by assigning excluded units of measure only or by assigning units that are included only. It makes no sense to define a unit of measure group that contains both excluded and included units and this is therefore not allowed.
