Documentation
Definition
Specifies for objects that have more than one key, which key is used for all internal processes such as data retrieval and maintenace.
Use
A replication model can refer to this flag for internal purposes: for example as a selection criterion for data replication.
The Key Mapping API automatically assigns the value for this field from the corresponding settings in the Object Identifier Type table.
Dependencies
If during key mapping, no Object Identifier Type is passed to the interface methods of the Key Mapping API, the API takes the OITC that is defined as the leading key.
Example
A business object with a Product UUID and a Product ID would specify the Product UUID as the leading key in the Object Identifier Type table.
