Definition

To be able to use object URLs, at least the Workplace Plug-In must be available in the respective system, since the display method (when you click this URL) is launched using a transaction in the plug-in. In addition, metadata must be maintained for Drag&Relate links, so that parameters can be set in the target transaction.

You should note that these checks can only take place in the local system, this means they cannot take place if object URLs are generated within the Workplace and point to a component system ITS, for example.

You can choose between the following values:

'X': Check whether the plug-in is available and check whether metadata has been maintained for the object type

'P': Check only whether the plug-in is available

'N': No check
