- Outstanding maintenance statuses (table MOFF)
- Technical data (table MSTA)

Data transfer is faster if this indicator is not set.

The administrative data is required for the following functions:
- Finding out which user departments still need to extend a material master record, or finding out which material master records still need to be extended by a particular user department
(You do this on the Material Master screen by choosing Other -> Extend matl view(s).) - Displaying administrative data
(You do this when maintaining a material master record by choosing Administrative data.)
To set up this administrative data at a later stage, you use program RMMMVERW.
