Key figure that indicates which stock is available at the end of season.
The end of the season is determined by the end of the selection time period at the start of the analysis.

Use

This key figure is provided in various forms (volume, quantity, weight, at cost, at retail, at retail with tax).

The closing seasonal inventory is calculated as follows:

Closing seasonal inv.: = ( Stock qty. + On-order qty.)
- ( Average issues * Nr days until end of season)

Meaning:

• On-order qty.: All open purchase orders from external vendors
• Stock: Valuated stock
• Average issues: Issues (Sales, GI DC) per day from beginning of the selection time period until the evaluation day
• Nr. days until end of season: Number of periods until end of the selection time period * Days in the counted period (i.e., week = 7 days)
