Contribution margin of the material not taking account of additionals.

Use

This number is the quotient of the sales price value (without tax), minus the purchase price value (also without tax), divided by the sales value (without tax).

Example

The purhcase price value is 5,200 and the sales price value is 8,400. Neither value contains tax. The margin is then calculated as follows: 100 * (8,400 - 5,200) / 8,400 = 38.1 %.
