Definition
When using changed relationships, there is a problem that the wait time of the predecessor is deducted in the calculation of the wait time. The chaged relationship only, however, applies to the actual values, the old relationship cantinues to be valid for the target values.
The standard setting is for the wait time to be deleted. This setting is used so that actual and target values can be better compared.
It is, however, also possible to use the wait time of the actual relationship or the wait time of the target relationship, in order to guarantee that the actual lead times and target lead times can be effectively compared.
The setting is only observed when "Check sequence of operations" is activated because in all other eventualities the actual and target relationships are identical.
