Documentation
Definition
Wage type grouping in the function Multiple Checks in One Cycle.
Use
You can decide whether certain wage types should be included in the supplemental run. This can depend, in particular, on the following aspects:
- Employee's organizational assignment
- Off-cycle reason of the relevant supplemental run.
However, you do not assign the wage types directly to the off-cycle reasons. You must first combine them in wage type groups. You then assign these wage type groups at least one off-cycle reason.
You can assign a wage type to several wage type groups. Likewise, you can also assign several off-cycle reasons to a wage type group.
