Definition
This field contains the actual delivery date for a delivery for an order item. The actual delivery date comprises together with the Actual Delivery Time the time when the delivered goods reached the customer.
Use
The field is only used in extract structure MC11V_0SSL (DataSource 2LIS_11_V_SSL).
Here, the time is calculated for one delivery from the actual goods issue date and assigned to all data records for this delivery.
These data records involve confirmed quantities of order schedule items to which a corresponding delivery item is assigned, as the delivery.
The date is calculated using the following rules:
For each schedule line that was delivered with the affected delivery, the variance between the goods movement date and the actual goods movement date is added up for the confirmed delivery date. In doing so, the actual delivery date is set to the same date as the actual goods movement date if the calculated value is less.
The actual delivery time is transferred from the confirmed delivery date for the schedule line.
The latest actual delivery time calculated is assigned to all schedule line quantities delivered.
As of R/3 Release 4.6, if the actual delivery date and time include the proof of delivery, then this time is transferred.
