Documentation
Definition
Maximum number of media issues that can be created in dialog when an issue sequence is saved.
The issue sequence for a media product represents the order in which media issues are to be delivered. You can add both planned media issues, for which a master record has not yet been created, and media issues that have already been created to the issue sequence. You can mark the planned media issues for creation in the issue sequence.
Media issues can be created in the following two ways:
- Implicitly when the issue sequence is saved (in dialog)
- In SAP background processing (by scheduling a batch job)
If the number of media issues marked for creation in the issue sequence is greater than the maximum number specified for this, all marked media issues are created in background processing. If this is to be done, the system asks you to specify the start time for background processing when you save the issue sequence.
