Documentation
Definition
The maximum number of inserts is a guideline that causes the system to display a warning when recording ad pre-print orders.
Important: If you do not enter a maximum number of inserts, the system interprets the maximum number as zero and displays a warning that inserts are not allowed for the edition when you create insert orders.
The maximum number of inserts is copied as a default from the edition master record to the master records for the issues. You can change the maximum number of inserts here manually if necessary.
