Definition

Indicates the percentage of possible numbers already assigned to scheduling agreement delivery schedule lines.

Use

The number assigned to the last delivery schedule line for an item of a scheduling agreement can be larger than the number of actually existing schedule lines if, for example, lines have been deleted from the delivery schedule from time to time.

You use the minumum usage level to determine when the system renumbers schedule lines. If more than 50% of the maximum 9999 numbers have been used, you can re-number. This enables you to restrict the re-numbering process to scheduling agreements with a large number of schedule lines.

Procedure

Examples

Your scheduling agreement currently has a delivery schedule consisting of the following lines:

0001 11.10.98 120 T

0002 deleted

0003 deleted

0004 11.12.98 90 T

0005 deleted

0006 11.20.98 20 T

If you re-number, the system will reassign the numbers that have become free as a result of the deletions. The schedule will then look like this:

0001 11.10.98 120 T

0002 11.12.98 90 T

0003 11.20.98 20 T
