Definition
This field contains the name of the batch input session.
Use
Your user name is generally the default. The session name is specified with a prefix if the enhanced security concept has been implemented for the report program.

The security concept against unauthorized processing is implemented using feature BIMAP and the function module HR_MAPNAME_VERIFY. The object 'batch input authorizations' (technical name: S_BDC_MONI) can be accessed using transaction SU03 (maintain authorizations). This object allows you to define authorizations based on the session name and an activity. The possible activities are documented for the object.
