Use

Number of attendees of the company

In this field, the user can specify the number of attendees from this company. The value of the field is only relevant for bookings from companies for which an attendee type is set in table T77R3. Otherwise it is ignored (that is, the default value 1 cannot be changed by the user).

If the number entered is below the number of the individual attendees entered by name, the entered value is increased to this minimum value.

In this field, it can be specified how many units of the facilities in a room should at least be available. The program automatically sets 1, if nothing else is entered.
