Definition
Dunning level that the incoming correspondence is to receive in the next dunning.
As standard, the next correpsondence dunning run assigns this dunning level to the incoming correspondence concerned without checking the dunning frequency and the days in arrears (event 0744).
A dunning level entered in the correspondence dunning history has no effect in the next correspondence dunning run if:
- The dunning notice has been reversed
- The incoming correspondence is already in an earlier dunning
