Definition
Determines the allowed maximum number of days for the status of an unprocessed VAS order to remain unchanged, without an alert being raised in the alert monitor.
Use
After the status of an unprocessed VAS order (status A, B or C) is unchanged for more than the maximum number of days, an alert is raised in the alert monitor as follows:
- Red alert for VAS orders of status A
- Yellow alert for VAS orders of status B
- Green alert for VAS orders of status C
