Definition
If you select the Affects remuneration field, the appraisal points affect basic pay by triggering a standard merit bonus.
Use
If you activate this field, you can calculate the monetary value of each point for individual employees using report RPIBRT00, and for groups using RPIBRT01 and then RPIBRT00. You can include the monetary value in basic pay by transferring it as a merit bonus using a batch input session.
