Delta analysis old versions directory.

These are language files which are used to derive a delta from the current export status.

These "old versions" must be from the same release as the current files.

Example:
Delta from 3.1G to 3.1H.
A 3.1G System is installed, the language is loaded and upgraded to 3.1H.
A language export is performed.
The export release is now 3.1H but the language status 3.1G.
