Last delivery language files directory.
After Delta analysis for a language, the information about lines modified in earlier releases from the language file for the last release is merged with the current Delta.
Example:
Delta between 3.1G and 3.1H.
A language file is produced which contains the current language export and lines changed or created between 3.1G and 3.1H are flagged with Release 3.1G.
Then the 3.1G language file is read and lines in it which are flagged with releases (< 3.1G) are added to the current release info (3.1G).
The result is the language file for the current delivery.
