Definition
Cancellation reason in the standard workflow for participation approval when a request for participation is rejected.
Use
With the switch HRLSO WFSTO you define what cancellation reason the SAP Learning Solution should use when a request for course participation is rejected in the standard workflow 12000003. At the start of the workflow, a booking is created for the participant, independent of the decision of the approver. If the request is then rejected, this booking is canceled. The value stored in the switch HRLSO WFSTO is required for this case.
Dependencies
You create cancellation reasons that are stored in the system in Customizing. To do so, choose Training and Event Management -> SAP Learning Solution -> Day-To-Day Activities -> Participation Cancellation -> Reasons for Participation Cancellation.
