Priority for bookings in the Learning Portal
Use
In this switch, you can set a booking priority that is assigned to bookings made in the Learning Portal of Training Management.
This enables you to flag such bookings with a specific value in the system. You can specify a different value for bookings made in the Learning Portal from the priorities assigned to normal bookings, waiting list bookings, or essential bookings.
Input values
You can enter a two-digit value in the number range 00 to 99. If you want to enter a special value or a specific booking priority, you should use the values you have already assigned for normal bookings, waiting list bookings, and essential bookings (in the SEMIN switches NPRIO, MAXMU and MINWL) as a guideline.
In the standard system, the default value for this priority is set at 55.
If you change priority values, you must ensure that the equation MAXMU < NPRIO < INPRI < MINWL (e.g. 09 < 50 < 55 < 90 ) is retained!
If you enter no value here, bookings made in the Learning Portal are created with a booking priority that is automatically assigned by the system depending on the number of participants for the course: normal priority until the optimum number of participants is reached, essential priority until the maximum number of participants is reached, and waiting list priority once the maximum number of participants has been reached.
