    If you leave the switch <blank>, the SAP system uses the sub-component Appraisal Systems.

    If you enter X, the SAP system replaces the sub-component Appraisal Systems with the sub-component Objective Setting and Appraisals . The entry affects the component Personnel Development. The SAP system provides users with access to functions of the sub-component Objective Setting and Appraisals for editing personnel appraisals.

  • T

    If you enter T, the SAP system replaces the sub-component Appraisal Systems with the sub-component Objective Setting and Appraisals . The entry affects the component SAP Learning Solution. The SAP system provides users access to functions of the sub-component Objective Setting and Appraisals for editing course appraisals.

  • A

    If you enter A, the SAP system always replaces the sub-component Appraisal Systems with the sub-component Objective Setting and Appraisals. The entry affects both the Personnel Development and the SAP Learning Solution components.
