Definition

Policy that specifies the splitting procedure when bookings are moved up from the waitlist.

Use

  • The value blank means that bookings may be split. When a course is changed or given firmly booked status, any N.N. (no name) bookings from companies or organizational units that have more participants than the number of free places may be split until maximum capacity is reached.
  • The value X means that no splitting is allowed. When a course is changed or given firmly booked status, any N.N. bookings from companies or organizational units that have more participants than the number of free places are ignored during move-up. As a result of this, it may happen that the maximum capacity of the course is not reached.

Dependencies

If you do not want to allow move-ups from the waitlist, refer to the IMG activity 'Move-Up Policy When Classroom Training Is Changed".
