Definition

Privacy type of a collaboration room in the SAP Enterprise Portal.

Use

In addition to the role concept of the SAP Enterprise Portal, the privacy type enables you to define access authorization and display behavior of a room. For more information, see the Collaboration section of the SAP Enterprise Portal Administration Handbook.

Irrespective of the privacy type of a collaboration room, a learner may only access a collaboration room from the Learning Portal if he or she is booked for the course to which it is assigned.
