Documentation
Definition
A template-specific role grouping in the SAP Enterprise Portal that has a unique key.
Use
Roles regulate access to information in the collaboration room. You must use a role profile if you want to assign several roles in a collaboration room to a learner when the learner is booked for a course. Role profiles group all roles together under one unique key. When you assign a collaboration room to a course in the Add Collaboration Room (5045) infotype, this key is stored as the role profile when a course is booked, canceled, or followed up.
Specify the new role profile.
Dependencies
The template of a collaboration room defines the total number of roles that exist in the collaboration room. Consequently, a role grouping is always dependent on an appropriate template.
You can change the role profile in the view cluster VC_LSO_COL_PROF.
