• Book a course
• Cancel a course
• Follow up/confirm a course

Use

The following values are possible when a learner is booked for a course:

Value    Description

I    Add participant to collaboration room

Blank    Do not add participant to collaboration room

The following values are possible when:

• Canceling a course
• Following up/confirming a course

Value    Description

K    Keep participant with current role assignment in the collaboration room (no change).

D    Delete participant from the collaboration room.

C    Keep participant in the collaboration room but change the role assignment and thereby also the role profile.
