Definition

Guideline that specifies what happens when participation cancellations are made for a curriculum type .

Use

The guideline contains the following values:

  • The value S stands for Individual Elements.

    Single bookings for the curriculum may be cancelled.

  • The value A stands for Whole Curriculum.

    The curriculum can only be cancelled with all of its bookings.

  • The value P stands for Partial Curriculum.

    The curriculum may be cancelled starting from a selected booking. All of the bookings that occur after the selected booking are also cancelled. Bookings before the selected one are retained.

Participation is cancelled with all of the values. Since values S and P can result in potentially incomplete curricula, the remaining bookings for curriculum elements are treated as individual bookings and can be canceled as such.

Note

If no value is stored for a curriculum type in the Curriculum Type Info infotype (5004), the SAP System uses the defailt value from table T77S0, group HRLSO, semantic abbreviation ECCAN.
