Use
The cancellation reason is used to fix the fee that is levied for cancellation.
Note
You set up cancellation reasons in Customizing for Training Management under Day-To-Day Activities -> Canceling -> Reasons for Participant Cancellation. Here, you specify whether cancellation is free of charge for a given reason, or what percentage of the course price is proposed as cancellation fee.
